Lora R has lived in the Apex and Cary area since 1982. She worked in Real Estate and Property Management before starting Lucky Dogs & Cool Cats Pet Sitting. She started Lucky Dogs & Cool Cats in 2016 because she loves cats, dogs and small animals and wanted to surround herself with what she loves! You will feel confident knowing that she is there treating your pets like she would her own!
Lora has a husband, 3 daughters, a son, 5 grandchildren and 2 cats. She is a volunteer at The Goathouse (a no kill cat shelter in Pittsboro) and loves to fish, garden, travel and scuba dive.
Susan has been living in the Raleigh area on and off since 1989. She has resided in Apex for close to two years. She is a wildlife ecologist by training and is a certified bird bander. Susan has been North Carolina’s chief hummingbird researcher for over two decades. She has had a life-long love of pets of all kinds. She has cared for everything from dogs and cats to fish and guinea pigs--even a red-tailed boa. Susan is also an avid birder and backyard bird feeder. Animals, quite simply, bring joy to her life every day of the year.
Susan lives with her significant other Steve, his teenage, fish-obsessed son Zachary and a 13-year-old Puggle named Ozzie.
Dina is originally from Southern California. She moved here with her husband and son 8 years ago. She has had cats most of her life and absolutely loves them and they love her! She seems to have that personality that all cats love! She has a Grand dog named Holly but no pets of her own at this time so, she is looking forward to spending time and taking care of yours!
Genevieve B is originally from New York but has been living in Cary for 10 years now. She is a current sophomore at the University of South Carolina and is studying exercise science and biology, in hopes of getting into medical school. In her free time she loves to volunteer at TNR for feral cats and local animal shelters. She also enjoys playing with her cats and her two gerbils.
